To ensure the purchase of any goods and services needed for the execution of Education and Support; to ensure the payment of all documents after they are being purchased by handing into Financial Affairs; to prepare periodic maintenance contracts for all vehicles and equipment in the TRNC constitution and / or to confirm them which are under ITU-TRNC site; To prepare the payment of all the documents related to the above maintenance and repair services and until payment transactions carried out following the necessary process; to ensure proper storage conditions and to do the inspection of all kinds of materials and equipment after purchasing them; considering the demands of the units arranging the output of the purchased and stored materials and equipment, and carrying out the deliveriy process; to ensure the follow up of all the materials and equipment that are kept in the warehouse, and are given to the units;
