In order to carry out the services and activities in an efficient way, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs makes use of available resources in the most appropriate and efficient way. Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs aims to prepare and follow the implementation of the budget proposals of the University relying on the plan and program basics. Furthermore, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible from the necessary details of financing resources of the investment programs; collection and evaluation of the documents and statistics; the follow-up of cash and grant status during the implementation; execution of the university’s inventory stock; payment and collection duties; purchasing; implementation, follow-up and inspection of the universities cleaning, security, service, construction works; arrangement, implementation and the inspection of the rental, servicing and management agreements. Moreover, the Directorate of Administrative and Financial Affairs is responsible for the implementation of similar works.
